Weekly Reflection #8

For my last weekly reflection, I would like to reflect back on this course as a whole and talk about my experience and what I learned throughout this course. Since the first week of this class I did not set myself up for success unfortunately because the first two weeks of this course I was unable to attend since I was getting interviewed by Disney for a summer international exchange program so since the first week I have felt behind which has definitely put me into a negative mood towards this course. Although I did not set myself up for success for this course I still got all my assignments done eventually and did find some of the tech resources we learnt about interesting. For example, I found the Minecraft Education lesson and presentation very useful and interesting as I loved playing Minecraft as a kid and I definitely want to try and incorporate Minecraft Education into my future classroom. I also found the open inquiry project really fun and interesting once I actually started it, I just wished I had not procrastinated as much as I did. Overall, I found this course interesting and the only thing I’d change for the future is to set myself up for better success so I’m not as stressed and feeling behind within the course.
